I really liked reading this post. I'd recommend going to the community Vaginapagina, they have a lot of very diverse "learning to masturbate" stories there you might be interested in.
You put the differences between men and women in an interesting perspective about looking at rape. It reminded me of an episode of Futurama that I wanted to write about but never got around to it. The 3 lead males of the episode were to be put to death by sex. Basically being fucked to death is a crude way to put it I suppose. Their initial reaction was "OMFG YES! BEST DEATH EVER" There was obviously no consent for the sex as they were being held prisoner, and it was basically making a rape joke. I can't imagine the same episode genders reversed.
Sure that series plays with women being pressured into sex, but this really stuck out for me.
